At Flamingo, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the beauty items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
